At Weather or Not Accessories (WoN), we help you celebrate comfortably because Mother Nature can be a big, cranky party crasher. We rent and sell comfort accessories so you can offer both style and creature comforts to your guests. Our focus on hospitality is not just about guest comfort. Our WoN family wants to care for everyone we touch—from clients and industry partners to family and friends. From brainstorming creative decorating ideas to finding the perfect color, we’re passionate about what we do. We love life, relationships, and connecting with others. Founded in 2010, Weather or Not has always focused on hospitality. President & Owner Nilufer (“Nil”) Saltuk was inspired by the custom of hospitality in her Turkish roots. As a former wedding planner, she designed events where the weather could really ruin her plans. She remembered that in her homeland, hosts offer shawls to their guests in case of a chilly evening. Thus, she was inspired to start the same trend here. Oh ... and because of this inspiration, many Weather or Not shawls are hand-selected at the Grand Bazaar in Istanbul.

Nathan joined Nilufer, in love and life, in May 2018 and in Weather or Not in April 2019.

Weather or Not is an active member of the International Live Events Association (ILEA). Nil was honored to serve on the Board of Directors for seven years and as Denver chapter President 2015 - 2016. She continues to serve on the Presidential Advisory Council.
