The phone numbers we collect and the consent we receive will not be shared with third-party providers. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties
Business transfers. We may share or transfer information in connection with (or during negotiations of) any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business.

Virginia CDPA Privacy Notice
Under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (CDPA), consumers have rights including to be informed, access, correct inaccuracies, delete, obtain a copy of personal data previously shared, and opt out of targeted advertising, sale of personal data, or certain profiling.
We have not sold personal data to third parties for business or commercial purposes and will not do so for website visitors, users, and other consumers.
Exercising your rights. Contact us as described below. We will respond without undue delay and within 45 days (extendable once by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary). If we decline your request, you may appeal by emailing us. If your appeal is denied, you may contact the Virginia Attorney General.
