Planning Questions

How many umbrellas should I rent?

For our small and clear umbrellas, plan on renting for 70–100% of guest count. Since our large umbrellas cover two people, you should plan to rent for 50-75% of guest count.

What if the forecast changes?

If timing allows, we can help adjust quantities before shipping.

What if some rentals go missing?

A small amount of movement is normal at larger events. We’ll walk you through smart placement and clear return processes to help minimize missing items.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, nationwide shipping is available for rentals and purchases.
