RENTAL CHANGE OR CANCELLATION & REFUND
Changes to a rental order can be made at any time, subject to inventory availability
The following terms apply to cancellations. This policy allows us to reserve inventory and plan logistics while still offering flexibility when plans change.
- Cancellations made 14 or more days before your rental start date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before your rental start date are eligible for a store credit, valid for a future rental or purchase.
PURCHASE REFUND
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on special order or personalized items (products that have been embroidered, silk screened, etc.). For non-personalized items, please contact us to discuss returns. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Returns will be considered within the first 10 days after you receive your items.
