Planning Questions

How many blankets should I provide?

We recommend planning for 50–75% of guest count depending on temperature, wind, and duration. If the forecast is below 65°F or after sunset, higher coverage is typically best. Each blanket comfortably covers two guests. For standing receptions, blankets and shawls are often placed in lounge areas or near fire pits.

Will guests actually use them?

Yes. Many guests feel cold but won’t mention it to the host. Providing visible blankets gives them permission to stay comfortable without having to ask.

Where should blankets be placed?

Blankets can be draped over chairs, placed in baskets near seating, or set at the entrance for guests to grab as they arrive. Visibility increases usage.

Are blankets appropriate for formal weddings?

Neutral and elevated options photograph beautifully and complement most ceremony aesthetics without distracting from the setting.

What if some rentals go missing?

At large events, a small amount of movement is normal. We provide simple placement suggestions to minimize walkaways and outline expectations clearly in advance so there are no surprises.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes. Nationwide shipping is available for rentals and purchases. We recommend planning ahead to allow for event timing.

Still Unsure?
