Rental Policies

Delivery of Rentals


We offer FREE round-trip UPS Ground shipping on all of our rentals, within the 48 contiguous states. Yup! That’s what we said. FREE round-trip UPS Ground shipping on all of our rentals. If you need your order fast, we can expedite shipping (for an additional fee). If you’re not sure if you need to expedite, check out this map of shipping times for our rental products. Warehouse pick-ups are also available at our warehouse in Denver at 5310 Tennyson St. Denver, CO 80212 (near I-70 & Sheridan Blvd.). You can pick-up at the warehouse between 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.  Monday through Friday. If you are unable to pick-up or return items during that window, please contact us – we might be able to work around your schedule. We can also deliver and pick up your order for an additional fee.

Returns of Rentals

In order to accommodate everyone, we need rentals to be dropped off at UPS or returned to the Weather or Not Warehouse by 4 p.m. on the first business day after your event. Payments 

A 50% deposit is due upon contract. The remaining balance is due seven days prior to ship/delivery date. All payments are non-refundable since we are declining orders from other clients in order to honor your order. We will, however, fully refund payments if we are unable to fulfill your order due to unavailability of items.

Rush Orders

Although we can usually accommodate last-minute requests, we do need to call in our warehouse staff for same-day Saturday and Sunday orders. For that reason, we need to assess a $150 after hours rush fee. Otherwise, we don’t charge for quick turn-around and can often fulfill orders within 60 minutes.

Damage

A required non-refundable Damage Waiver will be applied to the cost of all rental items. This industry-standard waiver covers reasonable physical damage to up to 10% of the rented items and is NOT liability insurance. For more details, please see your rental agreement.

Loss/Unreturned Items

For any unreturned rental items, we will need to assess loss fees. These fees range from about $8-$35, depending on the product. For more details, please see your rental agreement or contact us for details.

Shipping

We ship within the 48 contiguous states. Shipping charges will be applied on purchases.

Warehouse Pick-Up

If you’re our neighbor in Colorado, you can pick-up your order from our warehouse in Denver at 5310 Tennyson St. Denver, CO 80212 (near I-70 & Sheridan Blvd.)! Just make sure you notify your salesperson. And… you can call (303) 578-8889 ext. 104 for directions.

Returns

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalized items (products that have been embroidered, silk screened, etc.). For non-personalized items, please contact us to discuss returns. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Returns will be honored within the first 10 days after you receive your items.
